What advantages do children who wear masks have?

We are aware that masks offer great protection to both the wearer and others around them. Another advantage of masks is that they can aid in infection defence. Particularly two viruses, respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV, and parainfluenza virus, a virus that causes croup, are circulating more frequently than they typically do at this time of year.
